i want to dye my hair different color but its like darkbrown would i have to die thoughs blonde then do temp colors:;oh and im going to get it cut the scene way like emo!!!
ok first labels like "scene and emo" are so lame. go to a drug store get a bleach treatment and lighten your hair. then grab manic panic in whatever colour you want and do your blonde parts.
