Where can two TEENS (16 Y/O) go for Valentine's Day in LONDON...?

My initial idea was to go to Ed's Diner in Covent Garden and get milkshakes and some dessert.

I'm not looking to spend too much. Something within 20-25£ budget.
And not neccesarily looking for dinner/full meal.

What are some other cool places ?
