Where can one find reliable statistics about donations made to Katrina

huricane - from governments esp China? Would like to find reliable statistics about donations, especially from the government of China (if they donated anything)?, and other governments as well. Information about donations from American and foreign individuals and American and foreign companies is also welcome.

In the meantime, see if you get somewhere by using FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). You can access this online.....
