Where can I unlock a Sidekick 3 for a Rogers sim?

I recently bought a sidekick 3 from ebay to use in canada on rogers, I understand that the traditional features are useless on the phone but I only want to use it for voice calls and text messaging, and grps if possible. I wanted to know where I could get the phone unlocked (successful solutions only) and if I could get it done at Pacific Mall (Toronto). Again I only want to use it for text messaging and phone calls.
 
I recommend you this .It's already unlock with camera.And have different sim cards from many providers.
