Where can I take nude photos outdoors safely and legally?

I am a model currently trying to branch out into glamour, pin-up, and lingerie modeling. In order to complete my porfolio I need to take some tasteful nude or lingerie photographs. Because I live in a small home with no room to set up a studio, I thought it would be great to take photos outdoors. My fiance is studying to be a photographer and will be the one taking the photos since I can't really afford at this time to pay a professional photograher who would have equipment.

My question is - where is it safe to take nude or "risque" photos? I am considering renting a private secluded cabin, but was curious if anyone had any other ideas that might be cheaper?
