Where can I take an Arabic Exemption exam to clear IGETC requirement for UC transfer?

There is an Area on the IGETC form that requires one year of a foreign language. I was told that there are exams that can clear or fulfill that requirement if I were to successfully pass that language exam. I was wondering if there is any Arabic exams that will fulfill that foreign language requirement in order to transfer to UC (more specifically, UCLA).
