where can i some financial help for a few inventions that I've have come up with?

OK i have about 3 inventions that i have come up with and I've tried reaching out to several people to try to get financial help. I do know that i should have have a good detailed business plan but I'm starting to feel like even making one no one will look at it. I know it sound crazy but i just want to really get things started I know every thing i should do but hell hopefully somebody (one of you )can give me some fresh insight! It's just everything costs EVERYTHING! If your going leave stupid replays please save it just looking for some different inexpensive ideas not a pity party! Thanks.
