I live in New York City and have bills I want to pay but could use a financial adviser to help. I remember seeing a subway ad that offered free advice, perhaps from a state funded company, but I don't remember now. I'm not looking for a Merrill Lynch or a Morgan Stanley, I don't make that much so I am seeking advice and council that won't charge an arm and a leg. If anyone has any suggestions espiecially if you live in New York, I would greatly apprciate it.
