Where can I read FULL books online for free?

I have tried nearly eveything.I have tried scribd.com,wattpad.com,and a lot more. I can't download any e-books but i really want to read these three books:
The Chronicles of Vladimire Tod
Vampire Academy
The Host
 
Well, the only site that I know of is one where you have to dl the book..in pdf format. It's 4shared.com I KNOW The Host is on there b/c I downloaded it...sorry I couldn't be more help.
