where can i put a picture onto a ceramic plate?

I'm trying to make a personalized ceramic plate for a friend and i was thinking of transferring the picture on to the plate its self so I was thinking of color me mine but apparently they don't do that sort of thing....does anyone know where?
oh btw im looking for somewhere in the orange country area around brea or wherever close to that
