Where can I purchase the Sprint (Sanyo) Incognito?

Hi, my name is *Eve and I recently had my cellular device stollen specifically the Samsung Instinct, I made the mistake of not getting a warranty or insurance. I have disabled the line use and want to purchase the Sprint (Sanyo) Incognito, however, I do not wish to buy the phone off the internet, do you know ANY retail stores that carry that product? Also, will Sprint force me to create another line or will they let me reactivate my disabled line with the new phone.? And lastly, HOW MUCH DOES THE INCOGNITO COST??? When I looked it up it seems to jump from price to price!!!!!
