where can i print a make out paradise book cover?

For the fans of Naruto, we are a group of cosplayers in middle school, we are called DummBanana's but we need help, with Kakashi. We need to find a place where we can print out the cover page of make make out paradise (Ichi Ichi paradise) so if anyone knows a website please tell! In other words.... Please make Kakashi's dream come true! :)
 
I don't know where you could print an actual cover, but really all you need to do is go on Paint, make an orange background, use the circle thingy to draw a red circle to one side and put a slash through it. Done.
