Where can I order a comforter you can design yourself?

On Extrememe Home Makeover Edition Ty had the mother's children write down their promises to her on paper I guess, then when he reveals the room to her on her bed's comforter you see the children's handwriting blown up to full view.

I want to be able to create the comforter any way I like, posting pictures on there to choosing the writing font...
