Where can I obtain a drivers side headlamp and cornering lamp for a 96 Buick roadmaster?

My Buick Roadmaster has a single headlamp assembly with the cornering signal lamp. Additionally, it has a yellow lens extending the length of the headlamp assembly, fitting underneath, and terminating under the curved signal light. (A Three piece assembly) I have been unable to find a replacement anywhere. I broke out the drivers side light assembly when I hit a deer. All replacement parts list a two headbeam assembly as a replacement.
