Where can I make a custom order for live fish i want?

is there a place where i can go and place a custom order for live fish i want for example a stars and stripers puffer, a lion fish etc... and they will order for you and get for you i live in LA
 
I haven't gone wrong with Drs foster and smith. I got my black neons from them, and some mollies. I'm going to get my dojo loach from them once the tank is finished cycling.

it can be pricey... shipping is required next day delivery, which could be about $20 added to the final cost of the fish.
