Where can I go to find a Ford Ranger that has already been converted to a V8...

...engine and manual transmission? I am looking to buy a ranger and am having a hard time finding anything! I have seen them before but now I cant. All I find now are the conversion kits - I just want the finish product and am willing to pay for a quality conversion.
