Where can i go to complain about getting banned from black ops?

I just got banned for 2 days in black ops and they might reset me back to level 1 while i was 8th prestige (legit). Yesterday i accidentally joined a hacked lobby and i played one game without knowing and then today i get on and it says i am banned! where can i go to complain about this so that my acount does not get reset
