Where can I get these new HD White Metal Bulb's installed for my New 2008

Honda Accord???
I have already bought the HID lights..and already have the right Bulb that matches my car.

I have already tried Pepboys who does instal HID lights...they say my New Accord's headlights are too complicated to replace... they mentioned going to a body shop ("they would have the right tools").

I cannot install them at the dealer because they are not a Honda Part...

Pepboys did mention going to a body shop...Which I will attempt to do
 
You mean HID lights? You can buy them off ebay and install them yourself, its not that hard. It's just like replacing the light bulbs, except you have one extra thing (Ballast) to hook up. just find out what bulb type you have and go on ebay and order some, or find another retailer who does them. If you wanna pay more though and don't know how to install them, any good car customization shop should be able to get them and install them for you.
