WHERE CAN I GET THE PSP 3000 4GB ENTERTAINMENT PACK?

I want to get the PSP 3000 in black. I know that they have it in silver in the ractchet and clank but i want the black one in the 4gb entertainment pack. HOWEVER, i heard that SONY cancelled this pack because people like the ratchet pack better. IS THIS TRUE??????
