Where can I get tall lightweight hiking pants for my husband?

I am looking for lightweight hiking pants for my husband. Something that's a cotton/nylon/poly blend that wicks moisture well. Not heavy cotton chinos. He has a 40" waist and a 38" inseam.

I've checked Men's Warehouse and Big and Tall and they don't have hiking pants. I've checked REI and Patagonia and they don't have 38" inseam. Help!
