Where can I get STD tested in Germany? And how much? I live close to Kiel.?

I recently had unprotected sex and I need to get tested ASAP, its driving me nuts. I cant seem to find any good info online. (Im a US citizen.) Has anyone done the home tests from UK and does the prescription really work when you are living in germany?
