where can i get some cheap bicycles?

i really need a cheap bike that can just get me from place to place. id like it for it to be at least a little stylish but thats not the most important thing. id like a cruiser. maximum budget is approx 250. any place within the nassau county/brooklyn ny that i can GO TO and not have to order it online would be best. thanks all
