Where can i get skinny legged pants that arent denim?

I have a dress code at school of no denim of any color. so i need to find some skinny jeans that arent denim. please help me! i know they have them at delias, but they are never at the store and my mom doesnt order things. thnx!

forever 21 has some for like $30.

thats a dumb rule. but nordstrom has like stretchy ones that r really comfy and skinny. kinda like jazz pants material.

I have their semi-jeans and I love them.

They're sold the same way men's pants are though- by waist size.

Also, get them a bit small because within like half an hour they get a size bigger.
They're in every Forever 21 that I've ever been to because they sell so well (they're only $12.50/pair!).

Oh, and if you happen to live in Washington D.C for some reason they call there Forever 21s Forever XXI
