I just bought the Keys st 200 home gym second hand, but has no instructions. I have set it up, but don't know how to do the exercises... I am looking for a poster or some information with pictures of how to use it. Maybe a book that describes how to use a multi gym , with all the exercises in it...
Any information would be greatly appreciated. I don't think it needs to be specifically to my home gym,I think any home gym has appr the same things.
