I have a 1998 dodge neon that I am going to use as a 4 cylinder racecar and was just wondering where I could get the ecu/computer flshed/reprogrammed? Is there any websites that do it? Can I find one already done somewhere on the web? Any suggestions and websites will help! Thank you!
