Where can i get loan for school with bad credit and denied for financial aid?

I have been denied for financial aid and i want to go to school in the spring. I at least need about $700 to pay for my class. I have tried prosper and can't seem to get verified. is there another site like prosper where i can borrow money online from lenders? I really need this asap
