Where can I get free themes and games and stuff for my LG GW820 Expo, phone?

Please help! Just got this phone two days ago! :D! Thanks!
Is myxer safe. And do I have to have internet on my phone? Cant I just send it to my phone from the computar?
LG website doesn't work for me, becuase I need Italy. But then the launguage is Italion. And I need it English.
Mlla1 are those websites safe?
