I want to draw very good anime. I know a little from studying and copying from anime comics. I want to draw people though, and maybe fairies and dragons. I can't afford to pay for it unless it's one payment or a very low monthly, and I would appreciate online. It would also be cool if I could make an account and have it remember me. Appreciate the help in advance
