where can I get cheap spandex shorts for sports!TEEN GIRL?

Target is probably the place to go, but you can also probably go to Macy's, Walmart, etc. Look in the sports section, but sometimes they are mixed in with actual clothes.

I want to get some cheap comfortable spandex shorts at a store.
possibly less then 10 dollars.
adidas brand, mizuno, nike, or something else.

you know the tight black vollyball shorts, some might call them spankies, others don't.

ive heard that there are good ones at walmart, but what section do i look in?

and i wear size five jeans, i weigh about 110 pounds, what size spandex shorts should i get?
