I ordered a viper 7900 car alarm about 3 weeks ago and had it installed but for some reason the remote would not charge no matter how long i had it plugged in to the wall. Nothing comes up in the screen and nothing happens when i connect it to the computer. I contacted the seller and we exchanged remotes and I am still having the same problem, now i think its the AC Home Charger. I tried contacting him about it but now he is not responding to any of my email and I can't find the AC adapter for this remote anywhere online. Could it be that im not typing the name of the cables correctly? Basically I need a new ac charger for this remote but I can't find it anywhere, it would be great if you guys can help me out.
