ive got an old photo of me and my brother and 2 cousins from late 70s but it looks old and blury is it possible to get the photo looking like a good photo

You can get a photographer or someone with photoshop knowledge to do it for you. You can also go to places like walgreens and they will do it there...
I have no professional photoshop training, but if you upload the image and send it to me I might be able to fix some stuff for you (like cracks in the photo.. etc)
