Where can I get an instruction manual for a Panasonic CQRX300W Radio?

I lost the instruction manual for my car radio and have no idea how to use it. I've found a few things (how to turn off, how to seek station etc.) but i'd rather just have the instruction manual. Any ideas where to get one? (If you list a shop, I live in New Zealand so plz dont list any other countries shops) Thanks.
