Where can I get a sticker label with my name and country flag on it to put on my bike?

I am looking for a label, say something about 1.5x5 cm, which includes my name and a small Australian flag, to put on my racing bike so it can be identified. Websites, preferably Australian would be very helpful as I need them asap.
 
You can buy water slide paper for your Inkjet printer and make your own decals That way it will come out the way you want it to. You could make and sell them to your friends.
