my brother and i want to open a small hot wings restaurant on sunset blvd.. now we already have a great location the problem is that it used to be an office so we have to start from scratch that means installing a kitchen and all the the city requirements.. We have about 25K to start thinking that would be enough but its not.. from what we heard it would take about 50 to 60K so we need a private loan or an investor... i have a really good feeling about this i just don't have the money.. if you would like to make my dream come true or know on how to get all this done a lot cheaper please feel free to answer... thanks so much
