Where can I get a Sega Dreamcast and a Saturn for no more than $40?

I LOVE the Sega Dreamcast and Saturn a lot and I would really like to own both with a few games (Soul Calibur for dreamcast and Nights for saturn) and at least two controllers for both systems for no more than $40. If you could give me the name of a web site or a cheep auction on ebay please tell me.

P.S I love the dreamcast so much a few years ago instead of a PS2 i wanted a used dreamcast
