Where can I get a HONDA SCAN TOOL for cheap?

I need a honda scan tool like the ones that they use at the dealers. Where can I get one for cheaper?
 
There is no such thing as a cheap scan tool. Especially the ones they use at dealerships. You wont be able to just buy a generic scan tool from autozone or whatever becuase the program for programming keys is Honda specific and they dont give out the rights for stuff like that to other companies. A USED honda scan tool will still cost you around $3000. a new one is about double that. I know you dont want to pay $130 bucks for that key, but your gonna have to :P
