where can i get a good computer at?

it must be at a reasonable price, must have quad cores nVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT graphics with 512mg dedicated graphics memory with direct X 10, one terabyte memory, integrated wireless G, 4 GB DDR2 memory, i should have the ability to watch and recored TV, must have vista.

A computer i have in mind is the hp elite at best buy or something like that. Thanks to anyone who helps!
