Where can i get a Gnome plant stick?! I can get everything but online, Ive seen...

...one in someones garden? Long stick with a little gnome on the end, that you put in the ground, hedge, pot etc. Ive tried all my local garden centres
 
We have a few that we got from JoAnn fabrics.
At this time of the year, they would either be a) out of stock, or b) on clearance, with a minimal selection.
