where can i get a full sport physical from besides my school?

i am trying out for basketball and i need a physical done. i don't know where i can get one from but i need to find out really soon because tryouts start next month and i have to go to the open court or i wont be able to play. but like i said i have to have the physical done. so can you tell me where can i get one done at and how much do you think it will cost?
