If a member writes constructive, thorough, and appropriate criticism (as approved by chosen moderaters), their power increases from 1 vote to 2 votes, and continues with the maximum level being 10 votes. When a piece of work has had reviews from members totalling 100 votes or more, the average mark is given, and people can only now comment on the work for a short period of time (4-5 days)."
