Ok-here is the issue- My husband just came home from the army, he chaptered out, so he is no longer part of the army. He is bieng slammed with child support ($568 a month) and he currently unemployed. He never gets to see the child, and she refuses to let us see it. So the questiohn is where can we get a free lawyer for child support case so we can get the payments lowered or ceased alltogether??
She is married, and I bet a dime to a dozen the baby is not seeing any of the money..so please help me with some great advice on how to get a lawyer to get this issue resolved. (Advice is always great too) TY!
