Where can I get a flash plugin for my iPod Touch?

I have an iPod Touch. but, like everyone else, I am frustrated because it does not have flash support. Is there a way that I can get flash support? Also, is Apple doing anything about it? thanks for your answers!
 
I have heard it's not possible to do flash, due to its incapability with ipods and that apple isn't planning to do anything about it :(
