HI. I want to buy a cellphone that's not too expensive. I would be willing to pay 40$ for the phone and one that has a camera, unlimited texting, and free calls to people with the same network and/or after a certain hour. Possibly for 20$ a month and no contract or 1yr. contract. I realize it sounds really impossible but is there something can comes really close to this. Thank you all.
