Where can I get a cheap new motorola phone?

I'm looking for the Motorola Rival in purple.
- I need it without a contract.
-when i say "cheap" i mean, under $100.
I googled this for quite sometime. The lowest price I found was on Ebay for $170-something, which is too much.
-also i need it NEW!
