Where can I get a Ceramic Perm in Chicago?

My friend and I are thinking about taking a trip to Chicago and I'm curious as to if there are any stylists in and around Chicago that do either "digital perms" or "ceramic perms," because we can't find a place who does them in Michigan.

I'm also curious on how much they'd cost, and if you had one done before from that place, how would you rate that perm?
