Where can I get a cam bushing(for 4 wheel alignment)from an alternative source...

...rather than a Dodge dealership? After attempting a 4-wheel alignment on my wife's 2003 Caravan, my mechanic said that I need a new cam bushing from a Dodge dealership. I have looked around online but can't find an alternative place... I know I can go to a junk yard but that might be a lot of trouble to get it removed. or would it? Else, I will just go to the dealership and spring for the additional $100 to $150
