where can i get 13 inch rims or 15 inch tires for a 94 honda civic for cheap?

i just got my 94 honda civic dx stock and im wanting to either put new rims on it or find some cheap tires so i can buy the rims ive already found.
i just got my 94 civic dx stock and im looking for 13 inch rims so i wont have to buy tires or 15 inch rims so i dont have to look all over the world for rims. the nearest salvage yard is about 75 miles away so i cant look there. if anyone has or knows someone tht has 15 inch tires they would be willing to sell for pretty cheap then tht would be great.

Check out your local auto salvage yard.
I doubt that you wil find 13" rims. cuz 14"s are hard to find & the tires are expensive.
FyI 15" tires will not fit on a 14" rim.
Only the size tire will fit on that rim.
Ex. 14" rim , 14" tire, extra...
