i am a single dad with little money (aww)..need to know the problems i may encounter if i try to park up near the beaches in devon and cornwall. can i be moved on ? who by? under what laws can they move me? anyone know of any places its ok to park? it seems to me the no parking is not under the road traffic act...more council byelaws
