Where can I find the TorrentReactor's Invite forum IRC chat room?

I'm trying to join this private torrent invite forum community called TorrentRactor. The following statement reads as follows(regarding registration). TrackeReactor is a private community wich require invitation at registration. To get an invitation you can enter on site irc and talk with the staff members,but if you go there nothing is sure,your
request can be rejected too.
