Where can I find the stock radio code on my 2004 Honda Civic coupe EX?

Battery died and now requires the code to turn back on... SPECIFIC PLACES PLEASE, I checked the obvious places in the owners manual, glove box, pulled out the molding below the dash on the driver and passenger side. I know it here somewhere, but I cannot seem to relocate it.
 
I had the same problem,I went to the dealer and they try to charge 110 dls to retrieve the code,then i found in E-bay a guy who sells the codes for 20 dls,It works perfectly!,you may try it too
